EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL SERVICE PROGRAM
COASTAL PURE has a comprehensive service program that assists the pool caregiver with the transition to a healthy mineral ionized pool. The transition is virtually seamless. We use Certified Pool Operators to conduct water chemistry testing and make professional recommendations before, during and after installation.
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service.
RESIDENTIAL- Our residential service plan includes water chemistry tests starting 7 days before installation and 2 full weeks of support after installation. Our project coordinators are available to you for water chemistry advice and training on the ionization technology. The systems are easily installed and come with complete installation instructions. Or we can install the unit for you.
COMMERCIAL- Our commercial service plan includes water chemistry tests starting 7 days before installation and 3 full weeks of support after installation. Our project coordinators are available to all pool personnel for water chemistry advice and training on the ionization technology. We use licensed professionals to install our units.

COASTAL PURE is a part of the community and we accept the responsibility to educate people on the environmental, cost and health benefits of our system.
We offer unlimited phone and email support to customers who want to buy and install an Ionization system themselves and for those outside of our service area.
